How do you choose the water for your coffee?

In the middle of endless discussions about the quality of water, the coffee world considers increasingly the water hardness. These are crucial when making any cup of coffee or tea. However, when it comes to water, there is much more to discuss, than its level of hardness. Water is naked life, source, energy supplier, energy carrier, as well as information carrier. Furthermore, water quality influences the way in which coffee will be assimilated by our organism and how it will be transformed. There is a difference between stimulation and giving life.

About the potentials of water there is much to say and learn. There is also much to discuss about the world situation based in this highly interesting element of nature. Although we use merely 0,03% of the world water supply for drinking, water is much more than what we see and taste. It is what we ARE.

"The international observance of World Water Day is an initiative that grew out of the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) in Rio de Janeiro."

This years theme is "Water for Cities".
