Coffee with Lime

being an artist and composer myself I am not sure if I visualize taste the way you do, but have given this much thought. So it is interesting that you mention "In my mind..."

I have made many food combinations in my life, but discovered that they must be acceptable in my mind before I even consider trying them. For me the "green light" is when in my mind there is an agreable combination for the taste. Then - of course - it is a matter of getting the balanced combination.

Many times I am surprised at the end, how well the two components blend. However, here it was not difficult, since many coffees have this citrus note to begin with.
